Delivery & Returns
All national orders (UK & Norther Ireland) are shipped via Royal Mail as standard, DPD for expedited deliveries. All International orders are shipped via DHL. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 working days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
Please note, our standard delivery & return policies do not apply to made-to-order / customised products. If we anticipate longer delivery times for a specific product, that information will be listed above as well as in checkout and in the order confirmation email.
